Recommend reserving a table ahead of time as this is a popular restaurant. Arguably my favorite ramen spot on island. Garlic edamame is a delicious place to start. Tan Tan is my goto ramen. Also enjoy sharing 300mL of sake. Kind and attentive staff.
My bf and I went 10 min before closing for lunch! We both got the beefy wild and the spicy gyoza it was so creamy flavorful and delicious!! They were nice and we ate everything within 20 min! Definitely will be back.
This hole in the wall in Ward Center right on Auahi St is really excellent. It is very beef focused, most dishes that would typically have pork have beef instead like a slice of char shu beef instead of char shu pork on your ramen. ...

WOW this ramen restaurant was one of the BEST ramen Ive ever had and I live in LA. The bone broth was so YUMMY! The beef consistency was perfection! Im secretly hoping theyll expand to LA. Another place I highly recommend!! Two thumbs up!!
